Brandie’s greatest strength as a trainer is her passion and genuine desire to help anyone who has the courage to walk through the door and say they want to make a change. She has a special knack for knowing just what her clients need during a workout. Whether it’s pushing someone to their limits to help them achieve what they never thought possible or guiding someone through a low-key workout and talking through what issues are affecting their well-being. Thanks to Brandie’s guidance, I’ve gone from being overweight, out of shape, and lacking confidence in my ability to move to planning on running a half marathon. I have no doubt that I will achieve that goal, which I didn’t think was possible before I started training with her. —Robin
